2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated shipping timelines are mentioned on each product page.
  • Delivery timelines do not include order verification time.
  • Certain items (especially international or made-to-order products) may require additional processing time.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in case of size issues.

Eligibility

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Exchange is allowed once per order

Conditions

  • Item must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • With original packaging and tags intact
  • Items failing quality checks will be returned to the customer

Process

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged within 48–72 hours after approval
  • Exchange is subject to product availability:
    • If unavailable, you may:
      • Choose another product (same or higher value), or
      • Opt for store credit

Important Notes

  • Improperly packaged returns or items damaged in transit will not be accepted
  • Some brands may temporarily restrict exchanges (customers will be informed)
  • Exchange requests may be declined in case of policy misuse

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Items with:
    • Removed tags
    • Signs of use, stains, or damage
    • Odour (perfume, smoke, etc.)
    • Hair, glitter, or other contaminants
    • Missing original packaging

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placement
  • Once confirmed by the vendor, modifications or cancellations may not be possible

  • As most products are specially procured, cancellations due to change of mind may result in:
    • Store credit, or
    • Refund at our discretion

Non-Cancellable Categories

The following categories are not eligible for cancellation due to change of mind:

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

You may request a replacement or store credit if:

  • Product is damaged or defective, or
  • Product does not match description

Requirements

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images via email

We will evaluate and offer:

  • Store credit

7. Refund Policy

  • Issued within 48 hours
  • Valid for 30 days from issuance

Non-Refundable

  • Shipping charges (for orders below USD 100)
  • Gift cards (non-refundable, valid for 1 year)

8. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is available for:
    • Size issues
    • Transit damage

Conditions

  • Replacement allowed once per order
  • Original packaging and contents must be returned
  • Missing components will result in rejection

9. Store Credit

  • Store credit is:
    • Equivalent to cash within Galleria Worldwide
    • Valid for 30 days
    • Usable on any future purchase

10. Shipping Charges

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders above USD 100
  • USD 25 shipping fee for orders below USD 100
  • Order value is calculated after discounts

11. International Shipping

  • Shipping charges vary based on:
    • Destination
    • Package weight and dimensions
  • We ship via trusted partners such as DHL and FedEx

Restrictions

  • Certain items (liquids, hazardous, oversized, fragile) cannot be shipped internationally
  • Some brands may have destination restrictions
