These terms apply to all purchases from galleriaworldwide.com. The site is operated by Galleria Worldwide ("we", "us"), a company registered in the State of New York, United States. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Authenticity and independence
Every item is inspected by our in-house experts before dispatch. A verifiable QR authenticity certificate is available on request. Galleria Worldwide is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of the brands we sell. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products.

2. Products
Most items are one of a kind. Items may be pre-owned or from previous seasons. Condition is described in the product listing, or our concierge can confirm it on request. Photos are of the item or a representative example, and colours may vary slightly on different screens.

3. Orders
An order is confirmed only when we accept it. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid.

4. Prices
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. For delivery to India, customs duties and import taxes are included in the price. For other countries, duties may apply depending on the destination. Please see our Shipping Policy.

5. Shipping
We offer free shipping worldwide. Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns and store credit
We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns receive store credit, as set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse, copy or interfere with it. Content on this site, including photos and text we have created, may not be reused without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. The courts of New York have exclusive jurisdiction.
